Truck of the Year

JUNE: TRUCK OF THE YEAR 2021

This month, our thoughts are with everyone facing further COVID-19 lockdowns across the country, with a special shout-out to all truck owners and businesses—especially those contending with cross-border restrictions.

In dire times a little levity can never go amiss, so without further ado, let’s set off some fireworks for this month’s Truck of the Year competition winner…

Adelaide Liquid Waste and their FXZ 240-350!

That is one slick-looking cleaning machine.

All our monthly winners receive an Isuzu merchandise pack worth up to $300 RRP and go in the running to win the $1,000 Series Prize (N/F/FX & FY and Giga Series). They also get a shot at our Grand Prize—a $6,000 visa cash card.

It only takes two minutes to enter the competition. Just click on this link, upload a photo, and tell us a little bit about why your Isuzu rocks your world.

JUNE 2021 MONTHLY WINNER – ADELAIDE LIQUID WASTE SOLUTIONS

“What is there not to like about this truck?” asks Ben Harris from Adelaide Liquid Waste Solutions.

We can’t fault you there, Ben! Looking like some sort of sleek grey dolphin emerging from the morning mist (with a bit of extra chrome, mind you), this FXZ 240-350 outfitted with a matching tank and heavy-duty vacuum pump helps the company deliver on-point waste pumping services around Adelaide.

We could go on about this truck all day… but we’ll let the picture do the talking.

WASH IT AUSTRALIA

Causing a splash about town comes this FTR 150-260 Auto Crew Cab from truck and fleet washing specialists, Wash It Australia.

With a keen desire to offer a fully mobile service, company director Ben Hennock turned to Isuzu’s F Series for a truck that could carry more water, more staff and their state-of-the-art washing equipment.

“We wanted to go with a well-known, reliable brand with good servicing and warranty,” Ben noted.

Well done Wash It, on one smart looking unit.

RON STACE STOCK TRANSPORT

Proving that an Isuzu can wear at least two work hats, this FXY 1500 (FXY 240-350) can be seen here carting hay in New South Wales for proud owner Ron Stace when not being used for stock transport.

Ron can’t get enough of the FXY’s versatility and toughness out on the farm.

“It’s reliable and versatile, but the best part is that it’s very comfortable and easy to operate,” he explained.
