TWO OUTSTANDING SPECIALISTS SHARE TOP CUSTOMER CARE AWARD

Customer Care Specialists Garry Francke and Craig Marquis, of Western Australia’s Major Motors and South Australia’s North East Isuzu respectively, have jointly won the prestigious 2016 Isuzu Care Award.
The award recognises the Customer Care Specialists (CCS) at Isuzu Truck dealerships Australia-wide who deliver benchmark service and demonstrate the unwavering reliability that has become synonymous with the Isuzu name.
Isuzu Australia Limited (IAL) Director, Sales and Marketing, Andrew Harbison, said the tied result was surprising, but the excellence Garry and Craig continually demonstrated meant it was impossible to split them.
“Craig and Garry set high standards for themselves and their teams, and put customers first every time,” Mr Harbison said.
“It was impossible to choose one over the other because they are both always going the extra mile to ensure we’re offering the most comprehensive customer care program in Australia.”
Neither Garry nor Craig is a stranger to the Customer Care Award podium – Garry won the 2010 award, while Craig took out the 2015 honours.
Mr Harbinson said the shared award was testament to the high levels of excellence offered by Customer Care Specialists at Isuzu dealerships from all corners of Australia.
“Isuzu Trucks has been market leader for 28 consecutive years and the dedication of frontline staff like Craig and Garry – as well as the many others working at our dealerships around the country – has been absolutely vital to that success.”
The Isuzu Care program has been operating for over 10 years, providing an after sales service that offers everything from 24-hour roadside assist to stress-free Priority servicing agreements.
To become a Customer Care Specialist, and be eligible for the annual awards, dealership staff must complete rigorous training and demonstrate a positive contribution to the overall performance of their dealership and the brand.
