Locals Rule As Isuzu Power Solutions Dealer Footprint Expands

Isuzu Power Solutions (IPS) is pleased to announce the recent signing of multiple new partnership agreements, which sees the full IPS product range of power solutions stocked in dealerships across no less than 36 locations across every Australian state and territory. The new dealership agreements ensure IPS customers have improved access to essential power solutions products, parts and services, with the entire line-up available at each participating dealership. This announcement sets a new standard for both IPS and the broader power solutions industry, with no other OEM offering Australian customers true freedom of choice with a nation-wide footprint for sales, parts, maintenance, and service. Boots on the ground Re-branded from Isuzu Engines in mid-2019, IPS has continued to deliver market-leading turn-key and custom power solutions to satisfied customers from its Truganina headquarters in Melbourne’s west. With new dealer locations now on board across every state and territory, IPS has the capacity to provide timely and personalised sales and after sales service to businesses on a local level, with the aim of reducing downtime and expanding face-to-face interactions. IPS Sales Manager, Troy Lawson, said the desire to improve outcomes for customers with more localised knowledge was a key reason behind the new dealership agreements. “We know that locals like dealing with locals, which makes this announcement all the more important for Isuzu Power Solutions and its loyal customers,” Mr Lawson said. “Many of our new locations are pre-existing truck and automotive dealerships within the Isuzu Trucks network. Naturally, this means our customers are likely already familiar with the dealership and it’s people and won’t need to break the ice again.” Trusted experts, new tricks Mr Lawson noted dealerships who have jumped on board will combine new IPS sales training with decades of truck and parts sales experience, bolstering the IPS sales mantra and benefitting end users in the field. “As a full-service approach, we are streamlining the procurement processes for truck and power solutions customers. “If required, our sales staff can expertly specify power solutions products and parts and mate them to trucks that may require a power solution to be installed. The aim is to meet all the needs of our customers within the one dealership. “This is a really exciting development for us, as very few in the market can match the continuity of service, across all Australian states and territories,” Mr Lawson said. “Customers will be able to access their local Isuzu dealership, get all their business done in one location, with people they know and trust, and have the confidence of being backed by one of Australia’ largest capital equipment suppliers.” We know that essential power solutions should never stop, regardless of the application, so check out the Isuzu Power Solutions brochure.
