With news that Lee is keen to get the race calendar underway and the Mustang sporting a striking paint scheme, race fans can expect the team to set a cracking pace. “The car has come off great, and if it drives half as well as it looks I think we’ll be in for a really good year. “Our 2019 was very solid, especially in the back half of the season. Sammy (Scaffidi, engineer) and I have gelled really well working together, and I believe we can carry our speed from the end of last year into the new season. I’m really excited to get into it,” said Holdsworth. Mr Walker also noted the connection between Isuzu’s loyal customer base and the Supercars championship. “A lot of our truck customers hold a pretty close interest in the Supercars championship and it’s a great way for us to get out there and be a part of something that’s near and dear to many of our operators and the wider Isuzu family,” Mr Walker said. “And with Isuzu’s sponsorship we’ll also bring the latest news and exclusive access to the goings-on and behind-the-scenes action to the Isuzu Trucks community.” [gallery columns="2" size="large" ids="eyJ1cmwiOiJcL3dwLWNvbnRlbnRcL3VwbG9hZHNcL1N1cGVyY2FyLVRpY2tmb3JkLUlzdXp1LVNpZGUtUGFzc2VuZ2VyLTE4NTZ4MTIzNy1hODgyZWQ1Yi02MzE5LTRkYjEtYjEwNC01YzkwYjE3OWFmZjYuanBnIiwidGl0bGUiOiJTdXBlcmNhci1UaWNrZm9yZC1Jc3V6dS1TaWRlLVBhc3Nlbmdlci0xODU2eDEyMzctYTg4MmVkNWItNjMxOS00ZGIxLWIxMDQtNWM5MGIxNzlhZmY2IiwiY2FwdGlvbiI6IiIsImFsdCI6IiIsImRlc2NyaXB0aW9uIjoiIn0=,eyJ1cmwiOiJcL3dwLWNvbnRlbnRcL3VwbG9hZHNcL1N1cGVyY2FyLVRpY2tmb3JkLUlzdXp1LVJlYXItMy1RdWFydGVyLVBhc3Nlbmdlci0xODU2eDEyMzctMzg1MTE1NjktZDE4ZS00NWEzLWFjNWUtOGI3MGQ5NzY2ZTI5LmpwZyIsInRpdGxlIjoiU3VwZXJjYXItVGlja2ZvcmQtSXN1enUtUmVhci0zLVF1YXJ0ZXItUGFzc2VuZ2VyLTE4NTZ4MTIzNy0zODUxMTU2OS1kMThlLTQ1YTMtYWM1ZS04YjcwZDk3NjZlMjkiLCJjYXB0aW9uIjoiIiwiYWx0IjoiIiwiZGVzY3JpcHRpb24iOiIifQ=="] The Supercars circuit opens with the Superloop Adelaide 500, which will run from 20 to 23 February 2020.
