ISUZU REWARDS DEALER EXCELLENCE IN STRONG YEAR FOR TRUCK SALES

Mar 17, 2022 0min read
Isuzu Trucks dealerships have once again been recognised for their outstanding contribution to the brand, with Isuzu’s annual ‘Dealer Excellence’ awards going to nine of the top performing dealerships during 2021. As Australia’s favourite truck brand for 33 consecutive years, Isuzu Australia Limited (IAL) attributes a key part of its success to rock-solid relationships with their national dealer network, promoting a customer-centric environment that connects businesses to fit-for-purpose product. IAL Director and Chief Operating Officer, Andrew Harbison, recognised dealers, and their teams for a critical role assisting customers to find their best fit in truck and power solutions. “We’re incredibly proud that Isuzu dealerships all over the country continue to show the high level of service and sales support that our customers have come to expect over decades,” he commented. “Our Dealer Excellence awards reflect this, celebrating the hard work and hours on the ground that help maintain Isuzu’s position as the number one truck brand in Australia. “Over 2021, we’ve seen them work tirelessly to support road transport and local businesses, not backing away from the numerous challenges of supply chain disruption, product demand or public health and safety restrictions due to COVID.”

Best of the best

IAL’s dealer recognition program evaluates overall yearly performance, scrutinising all areas of the business including sales, customer satisfaction, staff training, business management, and service and parts. The dealerships that rise to the top across these categories are awarded the honour of Isuzu Dealer ‘Excellence’.

Excellence recognised

During what was undoubtedly a trying year for many operators, and certainly an interesting year for the Australian truck market leader, Isuzu dealerships around the nation showed remarkable resilience adapting to the rapidly changing conditions of COVID. With this in mind, Isuzu Trucks is pleased to announce the 2021 Dealer Excellence Program Winners:

United effort

Mr Harbison extended his congratulations to the Top Nine dealerships, “As always, I am humbled by the talent and dedication apparent across the wider Isuzu family—to our Top Nine, well done! “Isuzu Trucks maintained position as the truck market leader in 2021 and even grew our share across segments in the market, and we acknowledge the large hand our dealers had in securing this. “We also congratulate the broader dealer network on their commitment to promoting excellence in the field,” Mr Harbison continued. “Please know that your efforts are recognised and greatly appreciated by all of us here at Isuzu.”
