Isuzu Australia Limited (IAL) Director, Sales and Marketing, Andrew Harbison, congratulated Mr Craig Marquis on the win.

“Craig sets high standards for himself and his team, and puts customers first every time,” Mr Harbison said.

“Isuzu Trucks has been market leader for 29 consecutive years and the dedication of frontline staff like Craig – as well as the many others working at our dealerships around the country – has been absolutely vital to that success.”

As for the secret to his consistent achievement, Mr Marquis said it boiled down to ensuring everyone at North East Isuzu understood the team’s goal was “customer excellence, not just customer satisfaction”.

“We’re always looking for ways to go the extra step for our customers,” Mr Marquis said.

“Whether that’s by running information nights for customers, or just letting them know that we’re always available to take their call, the team is endlessly striving to provide clients with unrivalled customer service. And I feel this award is validation that our approach is continuing to pay off.”

To become a Customer Care Specialist, and be eligible for the annual awards, dealership staff must complete rigorous training and demonstrate a positive contribution to the overall performance of their dealership and the brand.

Commending Mr Marquis on his win, Isuzu Customer Care Manager, Kathryn Kreuzer, said the North East Isuzu Care team was a valuable asset to the dealership, and the Isuzu brand at large.

“The Isuzu Care program has been operating for over 10 years, providing a stress-free after sales service that offers everything from 24-hour roadside assist to Priority servicing agreements. Craig and his team are shining examples of how Care consultants are going the extra mile to offer their customers outstanding peace of mind,” Ms Kreuzer said.

“This third consecutive Care Award win is certainly well deserved.”
