Craig Marquis, Customer Care Specialist at South Australia’s North East Isuzu, has won the prestigious 2015 Isuzu Care Award.

The award recognises the Customer Care Specialists (CCS) at Isuzu Truck dealerships Australia-wide who deliver benchmark service and demonstrate the unwavering reliability which has become synonymous with the Isuzu name.

Isuzu Australia Limited (IAL) National Sales Manager, Andrew Harbison, said Craig’s can-do attitude and leadership skills have made him an indispensable member of the North East Isuzu dealership team.

“In the short time that Craig has been in the CCS role he has received plenty of praise from both IAL staff and his dealership peers,” Mr Harbison said.

“Craig sets high standards for himself and the team, and continually puts his customers first.

“He’s earned the respect of customers and colleagues alike by always going the extra mile to ensure we’re offering the most comprehensive customer care program in Australia.

To become a Customer Care Specialist, and be eligible for the annual awards, dealership staff must complete rigorous training and demonstrate a positive contribution to the overall performance of their respective dealerships.

Craig will be presented with his award and $1,000 prize in Adelaide early in August.
