A winning weekend at the Darwin Triple Crown

Jun 21, 2022 0min read
The Supercars Championship sped through its sixth event of the season as the drivers crossed the finish line at the Hidden Valley Raceway to conclude the Darwin Triple Crown.  It was a thrilling weekend as Supercars raced through in bright, colourful liveries with the Darwin Triple Crown being home to this year’s Indigenous Round. Each car on the circuit had unique artworks that highlighted Aboriginal culture and identity. Three Supercars Championship races were held at the event and these 38-lap contests proved to be challenging for the drivers and thrilling for the onlookers. Walkinshaw Andretti United, our team partner this season, put in a massive effort and made movements on the leaderboard. Chaz Mostert nabbed a first place finish at the final race of the weekend, and Nick Percat finished in the top 10 in two of the races. The team should be thrilled with the points, but won’t step on the brakes as they look to the next event in Townsville. Take a look at some of the best moments from the events:
