Welcome to the first round of Isuzu's Truck of the Year Competition for 2024!

We are back on the road again in search of the King of the Isuzus, and revved up to see your trucks—big, small, and standing tall—this year.

You too can celebrate life on the road and your love of Isuzu by entering the Truck of the Year competition. You also go in the running for a range of great prizes...

How it all works

Visit the landing page at isuzu.com.au and follow the prompts to submit a standout photo of your truck, with a caption telling us why your Isuzu is the best on the road.

Each month a winner—dubbed the Truck of the Month—receives the monthly prize of an Isuzu merchandise pack valued at $300 RRP.

Monthly winners then take a crack at becoming the ‘King’ of their respective Isuzu truck ‘Series’ with an N Series winner, F Series winner, FX Series winner, and FY Series winner selected once entries close.

The Grand Prize Winner is selected from our four Series Kings and is crowned Isuzu's Truck of the Year for 2024!

May Truck of the Month

Congratulations to Mohammad Mourad of Sydney Side Plumbing, with their slick NLR 45-150 which has been customised into what they believe is the perfect plumber's rig. Sydney Side Plumbing takes home the monthly prize pack plus the title of May's Truck of the Month and is now in the running to be crowned King of the N Series for 2024.

Sydney Side Plumbing

Sydney Side Plumbing's NLR 45-150 displays how dream trucks can become reality when creativity and efficiency for the job are put together in one package.

“We've designed a custom NLR 45-150 that's equipped with everything for our business of leak detection and plumbing in Sydney,” said business owner Mohammad Mourad.

“My Isuzu truck has a high-pressure water jet out the back, PVC pipe holders on top, and emergency lights and an LED board that can display messages when we're working on the road.”

Diggermate

Glen Jessop is zooming through Cairns with his Ready-to-Work NLR 45-150 Tipper that is put to purpose for Diggermate.

The excavation-for-hire company has hubs throughout Australia and New Zealand, and Glen favours the NLR Tipper for the payload available for clients and the convenience of being able to be driven on a standard car licence.

“My Isuzu does everything I need it to do and more—the safety features are fantastic.”

Australian Remote Project Services

“Zelda our Isuzu FTS 750 is a true work horse. She goes where others won't!” enthuses Daniel Klein from Australian Remote Project Services

“She takes us to all areas remote around Australia,”

We can tell that it’s true love when an owner blesses their truck with its own name! Based out of Childers in Queensland, Daniel is proud as punch of his hard-working Zelda, an Isuzu FTS 750 that is always up for an outback adventure.

ATL Nondestructive Digging & Tank Cleaning

ATL Nondestructive Digging & Tank Cleaning is coming in heavy with their big FYJ 300-350,  which is hard at work with an excavation plant and vacuum pump installed on the chassis.

Operating out of Bentley Park in Queensland, Michael Spalding has some thoughts on why he chose Isuzu as his truck of choice.

“The reliability and comfort,” he says, sagely.
