Isuzu Power Solutions (IPS) and dealership Blacklocks Isuzu are proud to be representing the Isuzu brand at this year’s Henty Machinery Field Days, taking place in New South Wales from 17 to 19 September 2019.

Henty field days has been running annually since 1963, and the field day event attracts more than 60,000 visitors each year and is regarded as one of the biggest agricultural events. The IPS and Blacklocks teams will be on site to answer customer queries, as well as to provide tailored insights and power solutions for different agricultural applications in different environments. Matt Sakhaie, Head of Power Solutions, commented on the importance of field days such as the Henty Machinery Field Days, “At IPS it’s important for us to talk to the customers, find out what they really need… we are constantly working with our customers to provide power solutions with better performance in the field. “Field days are a great opportunity for us to talk to our customers, understand what they’re after and determine how we can improve the solutions we offer. “This sort of exhibition allows us to have that conversation with our customers.” IPS will be putting on display a carefully curated selection of power solutions. IPS will showcase their generators, cooling packages and power unit models, which will include Made to Stock (MTS) Series II power units. The MTS Series II power units to be showcased will include the 4LE1TYBW01MTS2, 6BG1TRW02MTS2 and 6HK1XYBW03MTS2. The MTS industrial series is significant for local agribusinesses, as the series is designed to cater to a diverse range of agricultural applications, such as driving hydraulic systems. Understanding the demands of the Australian landscape, IPS will also be displaying the new generation of engine cooling packages, which have an ambient working temperature rating of more than 50 degrees Celsius. IPS Sales Manager, SA & NSW, Troy Lawson, said that this year’s focus is going to be on IPS undertaking continual development of their product range tailored for local businesses. “Our power units are carefully tailored for Australian conditions, and are very well suited for agricultural and irrigation applications,” said Mr Lawson. “Having locally developed components is very important to us, as it reflects the rigours these engines face in the Australian climate.” Generators will also share the limelight at the IPS stand, with the new GS009ENN generator set (GenSet) to be the focus. Mr Lawson said, “We have purposefully engineered our GenSets to not only withstand but perform and excel, even in harsh conditions.” IPS comes to the table with a comprehensive range of offerings, with the following power unit models on display:
