Isuzu Power Solutions Geared Up For AGQUIP 2019

Aug 15, 2019 0min read

Isuzu Power Solutions (IPS) will cement their presence at this year’s AgQuip with the Peel Valley Isuzu dealership. They are gearing up to join a full house at what is arguably the largest field day event in New South Wales’s (NSW) agricultural calendar.

With all exhibit sites occupied and allocated, the action-packed field day is set for another bumper year. Staged over three days from 20 to 22 August 2019, AgQuip plays a vital role in connecting farmers and agri-businesses, providing a platform to meet face-to-face and discuss emerging trends and technologies. A regular presence at AgQuip, IPS values the importance of farming as a part of the nation’s heritage. IPS will be showcasing a range of small to large power units tailored for a range of applications in Australia’s diverse and demanding agricultural landscape. What will be different this year is the augmented presence of Peel Valley Trucks, partnering with IPS in delivering power solutions to customers. Recognising the demand for ready-to-go power solutions, IPS will display a selection of Made to Stock (MTS) Series II power units—the 4LE1TYBW01MTS2, 6BG1TRW02MTS2 and 6HK1XYBW03MTS2. The MTS industrial series is designed to suit a variety of agricultural applications, from water pumping to driving hydraulic systems. With an eye for the challenging conditions farmers currently face, IPS Sales Manager, SA & NSW, Troy Lawson, noted this year’s focus has been on the irrigation and agricultural sectors. Mr Lawson said, “We are continually developing our product range—our power units are very well suited to the agricultural irrigation sector. “Having locally developed components is very important to us, as it reflects the rigours these engines face in the Australian climate.” Paying particular attention to tough Australian conditions, IPS will display the newest generation of engine cooling packages. “Our cooling packages are designed to withstand the toughest conditions,” said Mr Lawson. “They are built with a robust aluminium core and have an ambient working temperature rating of 50-plus degrees Celsius.” Generators are also in the spotlight at the Isuzu tent, with the new open configuration GS009ENN generator set (GenSet) set to take centre stage. “We have purposefully engineered our GenSets to not only withstand but perform and excel, even in harsh conditions,” said Mr Lawson. “The development has been exciting, we have full engineering control, intimate product knowledge and a competitive edge.” In addition to the open GenSet, IPS power unit models on display in 2019 comprise the following:
Engine family Model
3CB1 CZP01PU20
3CE1 BDZP2PU01
4LE1 TYBW01MTS2
6BG1 TRW02MTS2
6HK1 XYBW03MTS2
