Isuzu’s Engines Department is excited to be taking a select range of their off-highway engines across Bass Strait for AgFest in Carrick, Tasmania, on May 4 – 6.
Now in its 34th year and one of the country’s premiere rural exhibits, AgFest draws around 60,000 people from across the country to see the latest agricultural technology, machinery and equipment.
Rod Best, Engine Sales Manager at Isuzu Australia Limited (IAL), said the agricultural sector’s passion for their work meant the AgFest crowd was always very receptive to learning about Isuzu’s engineering advances.
“We exhibited the range at AgFest last year and were overwhelmed with the positive response we received,” Mr Best said.
“People were extremely welcoming, and I think it was clear that Isuzu Engines – which we continue to enhance and refine through rigorous testing and development – bring a competitive and highly efficient product to the industry.”
Isuzu Engines will use AgFest 2017 as an opportunity to showcase its locally-developed Engine PRO Controller technology, which offers advanced, remote engine and irrigation pump control, monitoring and protection. The innovation provides farmers with a more sophisticated way to manage their engines and irrigation pumps.
“When it comes to farming, or any business for that matter, it’s imperative to make sure the customer has the right product for the right application.
“Our AgFest stand will showcase a selection of mechanical fuel injected power units, in various configurations, to help customers choose the power unit that best suits their specific needs.”
